A new study shows that too many students with ADHD are not receiving the school services they need to be successful with their academic studies. The executive functioning demands only become greater as they progress through middle school, high school and on to college and these services can make a tremendous differences in how these student fare.

Getting School Accommodations for Your ADHD or LD Child

Many children with ADHD / ADD experience significant academic difficulties. Parents need to be aware of the special educational services that public schools are required to provide by law. Children with ADHD / ADD may be eligible for special services under Part B of the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
