Diane Roesch is a consultant and author who provides leadership development and executive coaching in the US and Canada. She specializes in the use of assessments such to help individuals discover their strengths. She also designs and provides training to corporations and government agencies to improve collaboration, engagement, creativity, and well-being in the workplace.
Diane joined the Edge family in 2018 because she believes one-on-one coaching empowers students and fosters resiliency.
Diane attended SUNY at Buffalo. She serves on the board of the Buffalo Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), which provides education and networking opportunities to individuals in the talent development industry. She holds certifications for numerous psychometric assessments such as WorkPlace Big Five (personality); DiSC (behavior); YouMap (natural talent, values and skills), and emotional intelligence.
