Nicole Huque is a principal in the Board and CEO executive search practice at Krauthamer & Associates (K&A). She leads a global multi-industry portfolio with a focus on Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, and the broader industrials sector. Her clients include Fortune 100’s, leading PE firms, large multinationals, government agencies, and pre-IPO start-ups.
Prior to joining K&A Nicole served as Head of Talent Acquisition for multi-billion-dollar divisions of Coca Cola and B/E Aerospace. She has extensive experience restructuring and building out executive teams across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Nicole is a strong advocate for advancing gender balance and racial diversity in the C-suite and boardroom, and is active in a number of civic, nonprofit, and professional organizations. She currently serves on the board of AIRLINK (a global humanitarian relief organization), and is a member of the Wings Club, International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA), International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), and Rotary International.
Ms. Huque holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Pace University – Lubin School of Business in New York.
