Dr. Anne Kalisek recently retired from Palm Springs Unified School District after 32 years of service. Her positions include middle school assistant principal and principal, alternative education principal, high school principal, Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction and Executive Director of Student Services. She earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of La Verne in 2004. She earned numerous awards including the ACSA Educational Options State Educator of the Year and ACSA Region 19 Marcus Foster Award for Administrative Excellence. She is currently an adjunct professor in the College of Education for California State University San Bernardino and a Learning Group leader for the University of La Verne doctoral program.
