Consultant to the President of Seattle Central Community College for the past 7+years. Lincoln serves as the project lead on the Pacific Tower Project, a new satellite campus for the college focused on the healthcare industry. Seattle Central will be the anchor tenant on a refurbished historic landmark, the former Marine Hospital, and will co-locate with clinical and community partners. Students will learn in working clinics while pursuing certificate, associate and baccalaureate degrees. As project lead, he is the primary liaison to government, clinical and community partners as well as assisting with program design and securing financial resources. Lincoln has also served as the Immediate Past President of the charitable foundation supporting the Seattle Community College District which consists of three campuses serving over 50,000 students annually.
