Rebecca Daniels ACG, ICF, specializes in coaching students and adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Executive Function (EF) issues such as challenges with planning, prioritizing, organization and time management. She holds a BS in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, NY, is a graduate of the ADD Coach Academy (ACG) and JST Coaching, is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and CHADD. She was also trained as a mediator through the Center for Dispute Resolution in Rochester, NY.
Prior to becoming a coach Rebecca spent 25 years in corporate management where she worked with her staff to identify their strengths and build their confidence through empowerment.
Rebecca was diagnosed with ADD in 2003 and in an effort to help others lead successful and fulfilling lives, she founded RJ Daniels Coaching in 2004. As a coach, Rebecca is able to connect with her clients through her own practical experience as an ADD individual who is committed to a better life.
Rebecca is honored to add Edge In-School coaching to her coaching practice as the Fidelity Manager, Western New York. In her role as Fidelity Manager, Rebecca’s responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the Edge In-School coaching program, being available as a resource, troubleshooting, and identifying training needs.
