Hi Galina,
Thanks for asking this question. Coach training is often done by telephone in a teleclass format. The Edge Coach Training program is designed for coaches who have prior coach training and most are very familiar with the teleclasses. The training team sends course materials out to all participants before the first class along with the phone number to call, the reading lists, course expectations, etc. When we meet on the phone, there is a class lecture, class discussion and coaching practice. Everyone has materials wiht them on the call, can take notes AND listen to the audio playback anytime after each class. Nice way to review the learning! Works very well. I have been training coaches in this manner since 2005 and some of the top coach training programs in the world are all conducted by teleclass/telephone. This is not fake. It is very real and very valuable.
